Enrollment and Student Academic Information Bulletin

Unofficial Withdrawal

Absence during the Last Portion of a Term

Failure to complete a class without an authorized withdrawal will result in the grade of F.

If a student is not in attendance during the last portion of a semester, the instructor may report a grade of I (Incomplete) if there is reason to believe that the absence was beyond the student’s control; otherwise the instructor shall record a grade of FN (Failure, Non-attendance) and the last date of documented class attendance. FN is converted to F on the student’s academic record.
